Who should join.

Interested in the being a part of No Boundaries but not sure what group to choose? Read below to help find the right group for you. Choose:

Team Lesedi Beginners- If you can walk/job 1 mile and hope to be able to walk/job a 5k as a season goal.

Team Lesedi Pittsboro- If you are a walk/jogger of any ability but find it more convenient to meet in Pittsboro.

Team Sakina Intermediate “Aerobic”- If you can walk/jog 2-3 miles and would like work on increasing your pace for our 5k goal race.

Team Sakina Intermediate “Endurance”- If you can walk/jog 2-3 miles and would like to increase the distance you can run to complete a 10k (6.2 miles) for our 10k goal race.

Team Sakina Advanced- If you want jog 5 miles and would like to focus on intensity workouts to build strength and speed.
